14-1-9: ABROGATION AND GREATER RESPONSIBILITY:
It is not intended by these regulations to repeal, abrogate, or impair any existing easements, covenants, deed restrictions, zoning or other regulations in effect. However, where these regulations impose greater restrictions, the provision of these regulations must prevail. (44 CFR 60.1(d)) (Ord. 829, 12-5-2016)
