A. Violation; Failure To Comply: Violation of the provision of this title or failure to comply with any of its requirements (including violations of conditions and safeguards established in connection with grants of variances or conditional uses) constitutes a misdemeanor. (1975 Code § 17.68.210)
B. Penalty: Any person who violates this title or fails to comply with any of its requirements, shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day such violation continues is a separate offense. (1975 Code § 17.68.210; amd. 2008 Code)
C. Separate Offense: The owner or tenant of any building, structure, premises, or part thereof, and any architect, builder, contractor, agent or other person who commits, participates in, assists in, or maintains such violation may each be found guilty of a separate offense and suffer the penalties provided in this section.
D. Additional Remedies: Nothing contained herein prevents the city from taking such other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violation. (1975 Code § 17.68.210)
