A. Schedule Of Fees: The city council shall establish, by resolution, a schedule of fees, charges, and expenses and a collection procedure for building permits, certificates of zoning compliance, appeals and other matters pertaining to this title. The schedule of fees shall be posted in the office of the zoning administrator, and may be altered or amended only by the city council.
B. Payment Required Prior To Action: Until all applicable fees, charges, and expenses have been paid in full, no action may be taken on any application or appeal. (1975 Code § 17.68.160)
