1-12-14: SUBDIVISIONS 1 :
   A.   Preliminary Plat Review: To cover costs of reviewing plans, advertising, holding public hearings, and other activities associated with the review of a subdivision proposal, the subdivider shall pay a nonrefundable fee at the time of application for preliminary plat approval. The fees, payable to the City Finance Officer are as follows:

6 or more (major subdivisions) or subsequent minor subdivisions
$500.00, plus $100.00 per lot
 
   B.   Other Reviews:
 
Mobile/manufactured home parks and spaces
$50.00 per space
Condominiums
$50.00 per unit
 
   C.   Final Plat Review And Inspection: To cover the cost of on site inspection of the subdivision and review of the final plat and supplementary materials, the subdivider shall pay a nonrefundable fifty dollar ($50.00) fee at the time of application for final approval to the City Finance Officer.
   D.   Consulting And Engineering Fees: To cover the actual cost of consulting and/or engineering fees and expenses reasonably incurred by the Governing Body in review of a subdivision plat and proposal, the subdivider shall commit to payment of all consulting and engineering fees incurred by the Governing Body in review and approval or disallowance of the proposed plat. A surety bond or deposit in advance may be set and required to be posted by the subdivider. (Ord. 784, 8-6-2007)
