13-10-1: PURPOSE:
The following performance policies are intended to alleviate the undesirable impacts of land use activities on the quality of the natural resources of the city zoning jurisdiction. These policies are also intended to reduce or eliminate the impact of objectionable uses on developed areas. (1975 Code § 17.64.010)
