Any activity involving the use or storage of flammable or explosive materials must comply with the rules and regulations promulgated by the Montana department of justice, fire marshal bureau, current rules and regulations attached as exhibits A and B to ordinance 673 on file in the office of the city finance officer and be entirely enclosed with protective fencing not less than six feet (6') in height and be protected by adequate firefighting and fire prevention equipment and by such safety devices as are normally used in the handling of any such material.
