A. Generally: The cost therefor shall be three hundred dollars ($300.00) plus labor and materials for tapping into Municipal water or sewer mains. (Ord. 811, 3-4-2013)
B. Property West Of I-15: Tapping fees for water and/or sewer extensions on all property located within the Municipal limits of the City west of I-15 pertain to all extensions from said water and/or sewer lines constructed with funds from the U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration grant 05-01-02485 and/or State of Montana, Department of Commerce grant MT-CDBG-91ED-01. The following tapping fees are in addition to those fees required pursuant to subsection A of this section:

C. Water Taps Between Station 0+00 To 14+00 And Sewer Taps Between Station 0+00 To 2+00: Tapping fees for any water taps between station 0+00 to 14+00 and sewer taps between station 0+00 to 2+00 as shown on the Damschen and Associates plan sheets for job number 159-01-98 pertain to all extensions from said water and/or sewer lines. The following fees are in addition to those fees required pursuant to subsection A of this section:
Water tapping fees | $10,000.00 |
Sewer tapping fees | 5,000.00 |
D. Other Materials: All other pipes, fittings, manifolds and related materials will be paid for by the applicant. (Ord. 744, 10-16-1989)
E. Tax Increment Financing District (TIFD): Tapping fees for water and/or sewer extensions on all property located in the current and future Tax Increment Financing District (see map attachment to ordinance 792) pertain to all extensions from the City's current water and/or sewer lines. The following tapping fees are in addition to those fees required pursuant to subsection A of this section:
