1-11-2: PROCEDURE:
   A.   Statute Procedures: The city shall follow the annexation procedures prescribed in Montana Code Annotated title 7, chapter 2, parts 43 through 47.
   B.   Conflict With Statute: If any portion or provision of this chapter is in conflict with the annexation procedures prescribed in the Montana Code Annotated aforesaid, Montana Code Annotated shall be controlling. (1975 Code § 2.60.020)
