Any person, firm, corporation, or other entity that violates any of the provisions of the MSPA or this title is guilty of a misdemeanor subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each sale, lease, or transfer, or offer of sale, lease, or transfer of each separate parcel of land in violation of any provision of the MSPA or this title shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
