A. Employment Referrals: All city departments which provide employment referrals or placement services for city employment shall accept job orders on a fair practice basis. A job request indicating an intention to exclude a person because of race, color, religion, creed, political ideas, sex, age, marital status, physical or mental handicap, or national origin shall be rejected.
B. Cooperation With Commission For Human Rights: The city shall cooperate in programs developed by the state commission for human rights for the purpose of broadening the base of job recruitment and with employers and organizations providing such programs. (1975 Code § 2.52.030)
