12-10-2: PROCEDURES:
If the governing body designates a proposed development plan as a PUD, the preliminary plat may then be submitted for review. Submittal must comply with requirements and procedures contained in chapters 4 and 6 of this title. (Ord. 784, 8-6-2007)
