12-6-4: PUBLIC HEARINGS AND NOTICES GENERALLY:
   A.   Hearings: The planning board and the governing body shall each hold a public hearing on the subdivision application when a hearing is required by this title.
   B.   Notice:
      1.   Publication: The planning board and governing body shall give notice of the times, dates and locations of the hearings by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the county not less than fifteen (15) days prior to the dates of the hearings.
      2.   Mail: At least fifteen (15) days prior to the dates of the hearings, the planning board and the governing body shall give notices of the hearings by mail to the subdivider, each adjoining landowner to the land included in the preliminary plat, and each purchaser under contract for deed of property immediately adjoining the land included in the preliminary plat.
      3.   Posting: The planning board or governing body may require that notices be posted at conspicuous places on the site of the proposed subdivision. (Ord. 784, 8-6-2007)
