A. Subdivisions that qualify for major subdivision review are those divisions of land containing six (6) or more lots, or subdivisions of five (5) or fewer lots that do not otherwise qualify for review as first minor subdivisions under Montana Code Annotated section 76-3-609 and this title.
B. The preapplication process and initial review process set forth in chapter 3 of this title apply to this chapter. (Ord. 784, 8-6-2007)
