12-4-7: FINAL PLAT FILING:
   A.   Filing: After it is approved, the final plat may not be altered in any manner except as provided in section 12-4-8 of this chapter. The county clerk and recorder may not accept any plat for filing that does not bear the approval of the governing body in proper form or that has been altered. The clerk and recorder may file an approved plat only if it is accompanied by the documents specified in the Montana uniform standards for monumentation, and final subdivision plats, ARM 24.183.1101 through ARM 24.183.1107.
   B.   Required Copies: Notwithstanding the requirements of the Montana uniform standards, the governing body requires that all plat filings must include two (2) signed copies on three (3) mil or heavier matte stable-base polyester film or equivalent and two (2) paper copies. (Ord. 784, 8-6-2007)
