A. Monthly Statement; Late Fee: The city council, or its designated agent, shall submit a monthly statement to the user for the user's monthly wastewater service charge, and the city council may add a penalty if the payment is not received by the city by the twentieth day of the following month.
B. Failure To Pay; Discontinuance Of Service: Should any user fail to pay the user wastewater charge and penalty within three (3) months of the due date, the city council may stop water and wastewater service to the property, and in such case, require advance payment to help defray labor cost for terminating and resuming such services.
