A. Supervision: The construction of proposed mains and services shall be under the supervision and direction of the water superintendent.
B. Costs Of Construction: The costs of such construction shall be the sole responsibility of the party or parties accomplishing the same.
C. Record: A record shall be kept, in a place provided by the governing body, of a map showing names, services and the length and size of mains or pipes, together with supporting data and date of completion.
D. Ownership: The city shall own all mains of any extension and will maintain them. (1975 Code § 13.04.090)
