9-8-1: PURPOSE:
It is the purpose of this chapter to provide for the regulation of the Lake Sheloole watershed and recreation area, which belongs to the city, but is located approximately one-half (1/2) mile north of the city limits of the city; and to provide for the protection of city property and the fishery and natural habitat of Lake Sheloole. (1975 Code § 8.44.010)
