9-2-1: DEFINITIONS:
As used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
EXCAVATION: Includes any ditch, trench, cut, hole or change of grade.
STREET: The entire width of a street or avenue between the boundary lines of other public or private properties on the sides. (1975 Code § 12.16.010)
