Fire control authorities of the Shelby fire department shall retain the right to enter private property to investigate and/or suppress open burns if deemed necessary solely in the discretion of the Shelby fire department official or officials on the scene. (Ord. 732, 4-20-1998, eff. 5-20-1998)
