The fire zone is defined to be as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 4, Original Townsite of Shelby, thence in a southwesterly direction along said lot line produced to the centerline of First Street South; thence northwesterly along the centerline of First Street South to the centerline of Third Avenue; thence northeasterly along the centerline of Third Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of the alley running through Block 5 in the Original Townsite of Shelby; thence northwesterly along the centerline of said alley to the centerline of Fifth Avenue; thence northerly along the centerline of Fifth Avenue to the southerly boundary line of Front Street; thence southeasterly along said southerly boundary line of Front Street to the northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 12, Second Addition to Shelby; thence southwesterly along the east line of said Lot 1 and as produced to the point of beginning.
