7-5-5: UNLAWFUL OPERATION:
It is unlawful for any person to drive or operate any snowmobile in any one or more of the following manners:
   A.   Speed: At a rate of speed greater than twenty five (25) miles per hour, or lesser posted speed, or reasonable and proper under all existing conditions;
   B.   Stop Signs: Without a full stop at any and all stop signs;
   C.   Careless Or Reckless Manner: In a careless or reckless manner so as to endanger the person or property of another, or to cause injury or damage to either;
   D.   Headlight; Taillight: Without a lighted headlamp and taillight at all times;
   E.   Operation By Person Incapable Of Operating: Operating a snowmobile, or permitting such operation, by any person who by reason of age, physical or mental disability or who is under the influence of intoxicating liquor, narcotics or other drugs, is incapable of operating the snowmobile under the existing laws;
   F.   Muffler: Without a muffler in good working order and in constant operation which shall prevent excessive or unusual noise and effluents;
   G.   Unattended With Motor Running Or Starting Key In Ignition: No person shall leave or allow a snowmobile owned or operated by him to remain unattended on any public highway or public property with the motor running or with the starting key left in the ignition;
   H.   Towing: No owner or operator of a snowmobile may attach, tie or tow, either himself or the snowmobile, to any other vehicle upon the streets or roadways;
   I.   Parking On Street: All snowmobiles when parked on a street must be against the curb in such a manner as to afford the least obstruction to vehicle and pedestrian traffic. (1975 Code § 10.20.050)
