6-2-10: INTERFERENCE WITH TRAPS:
No person shall interfere with the animal control officer's placement or use of traps set. Furthermore, no person except for the animal control officer shall release or otherwise handle trapped animals. Violation of this chapter is a misdemeanor subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 787, 12-3-2007; amd. 2008 Code)
