6-2-4: NUISANCE ANIMALS:
All cattle, horses, sheep, pigs, or other commonly domesticated hoofed animals in violation of section 6-2-3 of this chapter shall be deemed a public nuisance. Upon a third conviction under said section, the nuisance animal shall be seized and taken up by the animal control officer and may be sold by the animal control officer at public auction.
