6-1-3: TERM CLARIFICATION:
All references contained in this title to "law enforcement officer" or "animal control officer" shall mean the personnel of the city-county consolidated department of public safety. In the event that the department of public safety is dissolved, "law enforcement officer" or "animal control officer" shall mean the personnel of the city law enforcement agency.
