5-1-4-1: OBSTRUCTING DRAINAGE DITCHES 1 :
Any person, partnership, corporation or association which obstructs, interferes with, or tampers with any drainage ditch within the city limits is guilty of a misdemeanor. (1975 Code § 9.52.010)
