5-1-3-2: DISTURBING MEETINGS:
No person shall, at any time, wilfully and wantonly disturb any lawful meeting or assembly by noise, rude, offensive or improper behavior or language of any kind, or otherwise, or at all. (1975 Code § 9.40.010)
