5-1-2-2: URINATING IN PUBLIC:
   A.   Definition: The term "urinating in public" is defined as urinating outdoors in or on any of the city streets or urinating anywhere in the city outdoors, which occurs in plain view of anyone traveling any of the streets of Shelby, Montana. (1975 Code § 9.30.020)
   B.   Unlawful: It is unlawful for any person or persons to urinate in public within the boundaries of the incorporated limits of the city. (1975 Code § 9.30.010)
   C.   Lake Sheloole Watershed And Recreation Area: It is unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate within the boundaries of the Lake Sheloole watershed and recreation area, except in the prescribed restroom areas. (1975 Code § 9.30.040; amd. 2008 Code)
   D.   Williamson Park Recreation Area: It is unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate within the boundaries of the Williamson park recreation area, except within the prescribed restroom facilities. (1975 Code § 9.30.050; amd. 2008 Code)
   E.   Penalty: Any person convicted of a violation of any of the terms and conditions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1975 Code §§ 9.30.030, 9.30.040, 9.30.050; amd. 2008 Code)
