§ 260.28 OFFICE HOURS.

The normal daily hours of operation at City Hall and the Municipal Utilities Office shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday, provided, however, that these offices shall be closed on recognized holidays and may be closed for emergencies at the discretion of the Mayor with posted warning.
