Annually on or about the 15th day of January, the Director of Finance and Public Record shall request the Board of Revision of Richland County to furnish to the city notice of any and all hearings to be held during that calendar year on complaints and requests for reduction as to the valuation of any property within the corporate limits of the City of Shelby.
