As used in this chapter, "trailer" means a house car, camp car or any other vehicle or structure mounted on wheels or capable of being moved from place to place, either by its own power or by any other outside motivating source, and any mobile home, whether mounted on wheels or placed upon a base or slab, and being used or capable of being used for living or sleeping purposes.
