§ 1490.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whenever a person charged herein with the maintenance of a structure or premises fails to comply with any final order as provided in this chapter, the Director of Law shall institute an appropriate action at law.
   (b)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, or fails to comply with any final order as provided herein, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
   (c)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, or fails to comply with any final order as provided herein, on more than one subject matter in any two-year period, separate and distinct from a conviction upon a prior subject matter or any continued daily violation of such prior subject matter, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than $250 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both, for each offense. A separate offense on such subsequent subject matter within two years shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
