(a) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof in a court of competent jurisdiction, be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each violation. Each and every day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(b) The foregoing remedy is not exclusive and shall be in addition to any other remedy, including civil action(s) in a court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin any violations of this chapter.
