§ 1482.09 INSPECTIONS; ORDERS TO CORRECT; EQUITABLE REMEDIES.
   The County Department of Building Regulations Health Commissioner shall inspect or cause to be inspected all pools at such times as they, the Zoning Inspector, or any of them may deem necessary to carry out the purpose of this chapter. They, or their duly authorized representatives, are hereby authorized to enter upon any premises, private or public, to take samples of water from the pools at such times as they may deem necessary and to require the owner, proprietor or operator to comply with the provisions of this chapter. In the event of noncompliance, after due notice with any provision of this chapter, either the County Department of Building Regulations, the Health Commissioner or Zoning Inspector has the power to abate or cause a suspension of the use of a pool until such time as the same is, in their opinion, or in the opinion of either of them, no longer a menace or a hazard to health, safety or morals. Such remedies shall be in addition to the penalty provided in § 1482.99.
