§ 1482.08 LOCATION AND AREA OF POOLS.

No pool shall be constructed, installed or erected in front of a building setback line, nor shall a pool occupy an area greater than 10% of the lot area, nor shall a pool be closer than five feet to any lot side line or rear line.
