§ 1482.03 CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL POOLS; PERMIT REQUIRED.

No residential pool shall be installed, constructed or used without the owner of the property upon which the pool is to be constructed or installed, or his or her agent, first obtaining a permit therefor from the Richland County Department of Building Regulations.
