(a) In addition to the provisions of §§ 1480.23 to 1480.25, whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(b) The application of the penalty provided in division (a) hereof shall not prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions.
