(a) Location. No wall sign shall be permitted to extend more than 12 inches beyond the building lace and shall not project beyond the ends or top of the building wall to which it is attached.
(b) Construction.
(1) Wall signs attached to exterior walls of solid masonry or concrete shall be safely and securely attached as approved by the Richland County Department of Building Regulations.
(2) Wall signs attached to wood walls may be supported by methods approved by the Richland County Department of Building Regulations.
(c) Erection. No wall sign shall be erected so as to prevent free ingress to or egress from any door, window or fire escape.
