All streets running in an eastward and westward direction shall be numbered eastwardly and westwardly beginning at the Blackfork of the Mohican as a division line, with the odd numbers on the north and the even numbers on the south side of the streets. All streets running northward and southward shall be numbered northwardly and southwardly beginning at Main Street as a division line, with the even numbers on the west and the odd numbers on the east side of the streets. The first house number on each street shall be number ten.
