On Main Street, between the first alley east of Broadway and Church Street, and on Gamble, Broadway, Mohican and Water Streets, for a distance of 200 feet north and south of Main Street, there shall be a separate number for each 20 feet. In all other parts of the city each lot of 60 feet or less shall bear a separate number and all larger lots shall bear a separate number for each 60 feet or part thereof.
