§ 1472.06 BOND FOR EXPENSE TO CITY.
   Before a permit to move a structure or building is issued, a cash bond of $10,000 shall be deposited with the city to cover any minor damage to city or private property or additional fees incurred during the move. If the damage or fees exceed $10,000, the permittee shall be fully liable for the same. This cash bond is to be deposited with the Director of Finance and Public Record. Any unused portion of the cash bond shall be released when the permittee has complied with all of the provisions of this chapter.
