§ 1472.03 INSURANCE REQUIRED FOR TRAVERSING PUBLIC GROUND.
   Before any permit for moving any structure or building across any sidewalk, street, highway or public place within the city limits shall be issued, the applicant or his or her agent shall furnish an insurance policy, in an amount of $250,000 for injury or death to one person, $500,000 for injury or death to more than one person and $250,000 for property damage. The insurance policy shall provide that the city be named as insured, and, further, that the applicant and his or her insurer shall hold the city harmless against any liabilities, judgments, damages, costs and expenses which may in any way accrue or arise against the city in consequence of the granting of such a permit or the performance of any work pursuant thereto.
