§ 1466.15 FEES.
   (a)   A flood damage prevention permit filing fee of $25 shall be charged for all proposed developments in the flood hazard area.
   (b)   A plan review and inspection fee of an additional $50 shall be charged when the Engineer determines that the proposed development must comply with local floodplain standards.
