§ 1462.14 SWIMMING POOL FENCES.

In order to protect the safety of the inhabitants of the city, the Zoning Inspector may issue permits for the construction of fences for the purpose of enclosing swimming pools which may be located or of a height other than as prescribed in this chapter.
