For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
(a) "Communication distribution system." Broadcast antennae for wireless telephone, AM and FM radio, microwave and television systems.
(b) "Communications tower." A structure, 35 feet or higher, that is intended for commercial transmitting, receiving or relaying of television, radio, telephone or other communications.
