§ 1442.03 PERMITS IN NEWLY ANNEXED AREAS.
   Building permits for work in an area in the city annexed to the city from a township, after the passage of a comprehensive zoning plan by the township, shall not be approved by Council until the permit has been submitted to the Building Inspector or other duly authorized person or board of the township, and until his or her or its recommendations have been noted thereon.
