§ 1292.05 STATUS OF SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS AND CONDITIONAL USES.

Where a special exception or conditional use certificate has been granted for any use, as provided in this Zoning Code, the use shall not be classified as a nonconforming use within the district in which it is located.
