§ 1288.03 CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED USES.
   The following uses shall be permitted, subject to the conditions hereinafter imposed for each use, the provisions of § 1262.05, and the review and approval of the City Planning Commission:
   (a)   Cemeteries, subject to statutory limitations and further subject to the following conditions:
      (1)   All structures and activity areas shall be located at least 100 feet from all property lines.
      (2)   All points of ingress and egress should be located no closer than 200 feet from the intersection of two major arterial thoroughfares and no closer than 100 feet from the intersection of a major arterial thoroughfare with a minor, collector or local thoroughfare.
      (3)   Points of ingress and egress shall be available only from abutting major arterial, minor arterial or collector thoroughfares and shall not be available from any local thoroughfare.
   (b)   Utility and public service buildings and uses (excluding storage yards), when operating requirements necessitate the location of the buildings and uses within the District in order to serve the immediate vicinity;
   (c)   Gas and oil wells, subject to the condition that all permitted installations shall be maintained in a neat, orderly condition so as to prevent injury to any single property, individual or part of the community as a whole; and
   (d)   Home occupations, subject to the restrictions set forth in § 1260.09(b)(35).
