§ 1288.01 ESTABLISHMENT; PURPOSES.
The CD Conservation District, which is a Special District in the city, is established in recognition of the fact that there are special uses which should be accommodated in the community, but which, due to their nature, are not entirely compatible with uses permitted in the standard districts, and to provide for agricultural uses and open space within outlying parts of the city. The object of the regulations in this District is to encourage agricultural and conservation uses and to discourage any other development.
