§ 1260.06 REPEALER.

Upon the effective date of this Zoning Code, all zoning legislation enacted heretofore shall be and is hereby repealed. The repeal does not affect or impair any act done, any offense committed, any right accruing, or any liability or penalty incurred, prior to the enactment of this Zoning Code.
