§ 1240.06 SEPARABILITY.

If any section, division, clause, phrase or part of these Regulations is for any reason held invalid by a court or competent jurisdiction, such judgment shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Regulations or the application of these provisions to any person or circumstance.
